Today I went to Calhoun and registered for my GED test. It took me a total of 3 hours, to bubble in letters, pre-pay for the test, and listen to speeches on old television with a VHS tape playing on how to fill in bubbles. I didn't think you had to be a genius to fill in bubbles. That really was a shocker. Turns out in eight days, I'll be spending an entire day bubbling in little circles to tell me if I'm smart enough to attend college. Let's hope I don't wig out. That would be awful!
[[Big ups to my haters, btw. I love how you think I can't make it.]]
I'm truly excited though. The lady said I would get 3 credits free? Whatever that actually means to any college I attend in Alabama. I will be taking online classes at Calhoun, more than likely. Not sure what other colleges offer online classes. I'll have to look into this. Right now all I am worried about is getting the basics taken care of. I'm not dead set on a major, but I'm leaning towards early childhood development, just so I can teach my daughter to my best ability.
